Licences
FixASB uses open data from a number of third-party sources to provide information about locations, addresses, postcodes, crime and anti-social behaviour.
This page explains the principal data sources we use, the licences under which that data is made available, and how you may use information published through FixASB.
Use of FixASB data
We want information published through FixASB to help people understand and respond to anti-social behaviour in their communities.

- news reporting and journalism;
- research and analysis;
- community and public-interest communications;
- correspondence with public authorities, landowners and other organisations; and
- the exercise of official or public functions.
This permission applies to individual reports, statistics and reasonable extracts from FixASB data. It may be used for both commercial and non-commercial publications, including news reporting.
Where reasonably practicable, you should acknowledge FixASB as the source and provide a link to the relevant FixASB page.

- reproduce or extract all or a substantial part of a FixASB database;
- repeatedly extract data in a way that amounts to systematic reproduction of the database;
- create or maintain a competing or substantially equivalent database, dataset, service or product using FixASB data;
- sell, license or otherwise commercially exploit FixASB data as a dataset or data service;
- use FixASB branding in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership or approval by FixASB or SafetyScore Limited; or
- present FixASB data in a misleading way or materially misrepresent its meaning or source.
This permission applies only to rights owned or controlled by SafetyScore Limited. It does not grant any rights in third-party data, photographs, written material or other content where those rights belong to another person or organisation. Any applicable third-party licence or other restrictions continue to apply.
Except for the limited permission above, all copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in FixASB and databases created and maintained by SafetyScore Limited are reserved.
