Public beta means FixASB is live and open for anyone to use, while we keep building and polishing it.
You can report issues, explore the map, and share what you see in your area.
We welcome your feedback as we continue to improve the service for the benefit of our users and partners.
Persistent anti-social behaviour in parks, streets, transport stops, and other shared spaces can leave
people feeling ignored. Individual reports are easy to dismiss; patterns of concern are harder to miss.
FixASB exists to help communities capture calm, structured evidence and
invite others to add corroboration - so authorities can see what is happening and act with greater
confidence.
How FixASB worksHowworks
A simple path from what you have seen to a picture others can act on.
1
Share what is happening
Report anti-social behaviour, creating a link to share with neighbours to add calm corroboration.
2
Automated follow-up
You and your neighbours receive automated follow-ups to complete weekly check-ins until resolved.
3
Help focus action
Your reports help councils, police and partners see the impact in your area and focus action.
FixASB is powered by SafetyScore, a new online platform to capture and analyse information on public
safety. It does not replace police or council reporting, it is not for emergencies, and it is not for
naming victims or perpetrators in public. It supplements existing routes by making recurring issues visible, shareable, and
easier for partners to follow up on.
When you create or support an issue, others can add their experience. Relevant authorities can be given
secure access to review what communities are documenting and, where people have consented, to make
contact. The aim is practical progress: clearer evidence, stronger accountability, and better outcomes
in the places people share.
Police Industry Charter signatory
The Police Industry Charter brings policing and industry closer in strategic partnership: open dialogue,
interoperability by design, and transparent collaboration so science and technology can create real
efficiency and capacity for UK policing.
What we commit to
As a signatory, SafetyScore designs for interoperability first, adopts Maximum Transparency by Default, and works in partnership to support practitioners, senior leaders, and sustainable UK policing.
We encourage partnerships and integrations that put these principles into practice.

Non-partisan by design
We are non-partisan. FixASB is focused on helping improve the public
realm - not on party politics. Concern about anti-social behaviour crosses political divides, and so
does the need for practical tools that help communities and authorities make progress together.
Successive Prime Ministers and governments have said they recognise the harm caused by anti-social behaviour and the need for
new approaches and practical action to address it. We decided to stop waiting and start doing.
Across political divides
Leaders on anti-social behaviour
“
“Everyone deserves to feel safe and secure on the streets they call home. It is just about the most basic right that anyone would expect.”
“
“These are not minor crimes. They disrupt people’s daily lives, hold businesses back and erode the sense of safety and community that brings people together.”
“
“We cannot level up the country when crime hits the poorest hardest and draws the most vulnerable into violence”
Persistent problems, delayed progress
Anti-social behaviour is often persistent, and for too long key recommendations from respected
campaigners - including the late Baroness Helen Newlove, Victims’ Commissioner for England and
Wales - have seen a protracted lack of progress. FixASB helps turn
that frustration into clearer evidence and sustained attention on issues that too often go unresolved.
Ending the nightmare
Howhelps
The Government's response to Baroness Newlove's reports acknowledged the devastating impact on victims and that too many people feel unheard, unsupported and trapped. FixASB seeks to end the logjam and deliver real progress.
1
Making the true impact visible
The Government recognised that anti-social behaviour can have a profound impact on victims' wellbeing, mental health and quality of life. FixASB allows people to explain not just what is happening, but how it is affecting them and their community.
2
Identifying repeat and vulnerable victims
The report highlighted the importance of recognising people who are experiencing persistent anti-social behaviour and those who may be particularly vulnerable. By capturing patterns of repeat incidents over time, FixASB helps build a clearer picture of ongoing harm rather than treating every incident in isolation.
3
Improving information and evidence
The Government committed to improving the collection and sharing of information about anti-social behaviour. FixASB enables residents to document issues, gather community support and create a clearer evidence base that can help authorities understand the scale and persistence of local problems.
