If you've claimed your councillor profile, you can login to update your public listing and manage your ward-related notifications. We respect the privacy of our users and do not provide any privileged data.

It will also be the method by which you can access future updates and features to the FixASB platform.

No privileged access

Councillor sign-in does not unlock reports, case files, or private reporter details.

Authorised organisations use a separate Authority sign in. As a councillor, you see the same public issue pages as anyone else. Identifying details stay with the people who reported them and the organisations responsible for acting.

Manage your profile

Photo, comment, and how you appear on your ward page.

Once you have claimed a listing with your official council email, you can add a short public comment, a photo, and keep your details current. Comments are moderated before they are published. Your email is not shown on the public listing.

Opt in to ward alerts

Choose whether to be emailed when a new issue is created in your ward.

Alerts are off until you opt in from your profile. When you do, we send a link to the public issue page - not a private case file. You can turn alerts off at any time.
